PhD candidate at the Shanghai Bone Tumor Institution, Shanghai General Hospital. My research focuses on multi-omics sarcoma PDX biobank establishment and the integration of large-scale osteosarcoma genomic cohorts to study osteosarcoma genomics. I have a particular interest in extrachromosomal DNA (ecDNA) and its role in oncogene amplification, intratumoral heterogeneity, and therapy resistance.
