Shintaro Iwata is a staff physician at National Cancer Center Hospital, Japan. He has been contributing to the musculoskeletal oncology field for more than 20 years, including a 6-month visiting fellow at the Royal Orthopaedic Hospital, Birmingham, UK. He was also elected as a member of the American Orthopaedic Association-Japanese Orthopaedic Association traveling fellowship program. He has worked through many clinical issues concerning musculoskeletal oncology and conducted several national and international multi-institutional studies. He has presented four oral and nine poster presentations at the CTOS annual meeting.
