I am a clinician–scientist specializing in translational genomics and developmental therapeutics in pediatric oncology. My clinical practice focuses on pediatric solid tumors, with an emphasis on sarcomas and early-phase clinical trials. My research integrates clinical and multi-omics data to identify and validate prognostic and predictive biomarkers, with the goal of informing risk-adapted treatment strategies and guiding the design of biologically driven trials. I lead the international Clinical Biomarkers for Osteosarcoma Stratification (cBOSS) working group, which is dedicated to advancing the translation of molecular classifiers in osteosarcoma. I also collaborate closely with discovery scientists and clinical trial investigators to translate preclinical insights into precision oncology studies. In addition, I contribute to multiple precision oncology and bone tumor initiatives at both institutional and international levels.
