Retired British academic Clinical Oncologist based in Sheffield and employed by the University of Sheffield.
Principal investigator of VORTEX trial which randomised 216 patients with extremity soft tissue sarcomas to two different radiotherapy regimes following tumour resection and which studied limb function outcomes in detail.
I was one of the founding members of CTOS nearly 30 years ago. I am delighted to see it has thrived.
I was also the founding editor with Raphael Pollock of the journal Sarcoma back in 1997.
