I am an Assistant Professor of Medicine and Director of Research for the Duke Comparative Oncology Group. My research team focuses on understanding mechanisms of therapy resistance and metastasis in cancer. I study these two aspects of cancer progression using systems-level modeling, comparative oncology, functional genomics, patient-derived models, and ecological and evolutionary paradigms.
