Tannaz Ranjbarian, MD
Dr. Ranjbarian is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the Division of Surgical Oncology and Transplant Surgery at UC San Diego. Her research focuses on gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GIST), sarcoma, melanoma, and transplant outcomes, with particular experience in normothermic machine perfusion and liver graft survival. She is committed to improving surgical care through translational research, clinical insight, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Dr. Ranjbarian’s work aims to bridge the gap between research and practice to ensure patients receive the most effective and forward-thinking treatments.
