Dr. Lenka Palová Jelínková is an experienced immunologist with over 13 years in the biotechnology sector, specializing in translational science, anti-tumor immunity, and biomarker development. She earned her Ph.D. in Immunology from Charles University in Prague, focusing on innate immunity in autoimmune diseases. Her early research career was shaped at the Institute of Microbiology, Czech Academy of Sciences, where she investigated mucosal immunology and mechanisms of immune regulation.
In 2012, she joined Sotio Biotech, where she has led multiple research and development programs in tumor immunology and immunotherapy. Currently serving as Director of Translational Science, she oversees translational science, biomarker strategy and implementation for international oncology trials, including programs involving immunocytokines and antibody-drug conjugates. Her work bridges preclinical and clinical development, with a strong emphasis on assay validation and companion diagnostic kit development.
