My research focuses on the neuroimmune interactions in cancer, with a particular emphasis on how beta-adrenergic signaling modulates the tumor microenvironment and impacts anti-tumor immunity. I am especially interested in leveraging immunomodulatory strategies, such as beta-blockade, to enhance the efficacy of immunotherapies in melanoma lung metastases, brain tumors and metastases. My work integrates in vivo models, patient-derived samples, and high-dimensional immune profiling to uncover novel therapeutic avenues targeting the tumor–nervous system interface.
