I am a PhD student in Computational Biology at the Cancer Research Center of Toulouse (CRCT), working in Frédéric Chibon’s team under the supervision of Anne Gomez. My research focuses on osteosarcoma, a rare and aggressive bone cancer that mainly affects adolescents and young adults.
In my PhD project, I study residual disease after chemotherapy using an integrative computational biology approach. I analyze high-throughput transcriptomic data, including bulk RNA-seq and single-cell/single-nuclei RNA-seq data.
